Biography

Jennifer Flom has over 25 years of experience in the web industry with 18 of those years focused on UX design and research. Having spent time in both corporate and consulting settings, she has positively improved the user experience of hundreds of products. Jennifer holds a bachelor's degree in Graphic Communications and a minor in Mass Communications from Minnesota State University Moorhead and a Master of Education degree in Adult Education and Distance Learning from the University of Phoenix Online.
