After receiving a BFA and MFA in Ceramics from the Cleveland Institute of Art and Rhode Island School of Design respectively, Linda Arbuckle brought her talents to the School of Art + Art History, where she worked as an Ceramics associate professor until her retirement in 2015. Arbuckle’s artistic focus is on majolica bowls, cups, platters and various other utilitarian pieces. Arbuckle was recognized with an Artists Fellowship from the National Endowment of the Arts, and she formerly served as director-at-large for the National Council on Education for the Ceramic Arts.
