Chloe Dean graduated from Biola University with honors earning her B.A in psychology, and has served as the Administrative Specialist for the Center for Arts in Medicine since October of 2019. She greatly enjoys her role in the Center and performing her work within it to develop and maintain administrative systems and processes, as well as being able to participate in projects as they arise. She has enjoyed assisting and being able to see the Center's work in the community, participating in its various commitments, and more recently the COVID-19 Arts repository. Her interests include music and literature, and how the figurative and literal sounds of both combined serve to promote and develop healing in ones' physical and mental health. Her creative interests and future goals combine and include research on how literature and education affect mental health, and the roles that literature plays in particular for those who are a part of "minority" culture, all through the lens of American literature and psychology. On her down time, she enjoys adventuring with a good book with her service dog, and finding the best coffee wherever she is.
