• Staff and Faculty Performance Appraisals
• Employee Relations Issues
• Equal Employment Opportunity Officer
• Department Security Administrator (assigning peoplesoft security roles) for COTA

• Searches for OPS and Student Assistants
• Hires and other job actions for Graduate Assistants, OPS (including adjuncts) and Student Assistants
• UFID Numbers assignment, Affiliations and Gator 1 Card Authorizations
• Title and pay actions for Graduate Assistants, OPS (including adjuncts) and Student Assistants
• Individual Payment Information Forms (IPIFs), which are online at arts.ufl.edu/login
• New hire orientations and onboarding process for Graduate Assistants, OPS (including adjuncts) and Student Assistants
• Visa/International payments to individuals and unpaid Exchange Scholars
• Leave, holidays and university closures policies and procedures
• FMLA and other extended leaves
• Entering time worked and leave taken (for all employees)
• Approving payable time
• Payroll
