I oversee all aspects of human resources operations at the College. 
Each of my other two team members and I have specific areas of expertise and direct implementation.

My areas of expertise and direct implementation are:

• Faculty Searches
• Personnel Data & Reporting needs
• Faculty and Staff salary market equity data and assessments
• Consultation on hiring/paying individuals
• Staff job descriptions, promotions, title changes, salary assessments
• Visa/International payments to individuals and unpaid J1 Exchange Scholars
• Employee Relations Issues (staff and faculty)
• Effort certification - complex issues
• Strategic Planning for COTA HR in alignment with COTA
