Biography

Jared Crane joined the Digital Worlds team in the Fall of 2017 and serves as the Technical Systems Operator. In that capacity, he tends to numerous aspects of day-to-day life at Digital Worlds, from managing online broadcast to installing and maintaining various technical devices across all DW locations. Jared works with all technology hardware and software utilized throughout the department, including systems of digital audio, video infrastructure, theatrical lighting, and live streaming DW courses and events. He also oversees digital signage, online recordings, and BADAS online support. 

Jared enjoys live production and has worked in the industry for 6+ years under pretty much every position but mostly as an audio engineer/lighting designer with various companies and organizations. Outside of work, Jared loves to travel all over the world and experience different cultures, as well as spend time with friends and play sports in his freetime.
