If you want to type appropriate information into the documents before you print them, save the Word files to a folder on your computer. Then open it using Word, add appropriate information, then print. You must have Word 6 (Office 95) or later to be able to work with these files.

To print out the documents or to view them, click on the HTML files. They will appear in a browser window. Choose print from the file menu. Note that you will then have to type the information in by hand on the hard copies that you get from your printer.
