SOM Assistant Professor travels to China

Lauren Hodges, SOM Assistant Professor for Viola and Music Appreciation, recently travelled to Shanghai and WuHan, China to perform in recitals with pianist Doug Jurs at the Shanghai University for Science and Technology and WuHan Conservatory. Jurs and Hodges taught six and a half hours of public masterclasses, and Hodges also taught a large group class on “Principles of Tension-free playing from Paul Rolland and Karen Tuttle.”
