Seventh International Symposium on Assessment in Music Education held at UF

The University of Florida hosted researchers from twelve countries and five continents at the Seventh International Symposium on Assessment in Music Education (ISAME7). Dr. Marshall Haning served as co-chair of the event, along with founding chair Dr. Timothy Brophy. Several current UF students, faculty and alumni were involved in the symposium, with many presenting their original research, serving as panel members, or contributing to the conference work sessions. Plans are already under way for the eighth edition of the conference, which will be held in Hanover, Germany in March 2021.
