Michael Vincent presents musicological research at UF's Center for European Studies

On Oct. 14, 2015 doctoral candidate in historical musicology Michael Vincent presented his paper, "Goya, Boccherini, and Majismo in Enlightenment Madrid," at a lunchtime symposium sponsored by UF's Center for European Studies. The event was attended by faculty and students from around the university. Next month, Vincent will travel to the American Musicological Society's annual meeting to present his paper, for which he received the award for Best Student Paper from the American Musicological Society's Southern Chapter in the spring of 2015.
