Jordan Marty (MFA 2013) has joined the Arts Foundations program at VCUarts for the 2014-15 academic year, serving as instructor of the course “Time Studio” in addition to the appointment of Wood Shop Technician. VCUarts (Virginia Commonwealth University School of the Arts, Richmond, Virginia) is currently ranked the No. 1 public university arts & design program in the country (US News & World Report).
In addition to his current positions at VCUarts, Marty recently served as the gallery assistant at Emerson Dorsch (Miami, Florida), collaborated on a project for the O, Miami Poetry Festival, and was a finalist in the Miami New Times “Mastermind Awards” at the Coral Gables Museum (Coral Gables, Florida).
