Dr. Marshall Haning, along with music education Ph.D. students Myung Ok "Julie" Song-Ross, Amanda Kastner and Joshua Davis, presented original research at the Desert Skies Symposium for Research in Music Education, held at Arizona State University. The Desert Skies Symposium has been held biannually since 2007, and draws music education researchers from across the United States and beyond.
