    Join the School of Art + Art History for Visiting Artist Lecture: Adler Guerrier on November 27, 2018.

    Free and open to the public. 

    Adler Guerrier, born in Port-Au-Prince, Haiti, lives and works in Miami, Florida. Guerrier received a BFA from New World School of the Arts/University of Florida. Guerrier’s recent exhibitions include Conditions and Forms for blck Longevity at California African American Museum, Line Drawn Through Sentimental Journeys at Marisa Newman Projects. Deployed, Conditional, and Limited Utopia at David Castillo Gallery, Et in Arcadia Ego at ArtCenter South Florida 924 Vitrine, and Vanishing Points: Paint and Paintings from the Debra and Dennis Scholl Collection at Harn Musuem of Art. Guerrier and collaborator Domingo Castillo recently launched OCR:Miami, an art and research project with the goal to render more legibly various sites around Miami.
