Take This Before We Go: BA Senior Showcase

The University of Florida’s School of Art and Art History is thrilled to showcase the work of B.A. Studio Art seniors in the final exhibition of their undergraduate careers. This event will take place on April 26th, 5-8 pm, at the Rosa B. Williams Center, 524 NW 1st St, Gainesville, FL. On view for one evening only, this immersive group show offers the public an opportunity to experience the final work of students.

Take This Before We Go features a vibrant collection of work in a wide array of mediums, including painting, sculpture, digital media, installation, performance, and mixed materials. The pieces span themes as varied as interpersonal connection, memory, belonging, place, and transformation—each work representing a unique voice in conversation with others. Delving into the relationships between animals and humans, private spaces and public worlds, and the many layers of identity in flux, this exhibition is a collective parting gift from the artists as they step into the next chapter of their creative journeys.

Admission is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be served.
