    Berenger, a local drunk in love with his co-worker, finds that everyone around him, even his pompous and condescending best friend, is changing into a rhinoceros. As the giant beasts overwhelm and trample the social order, Berenger is forced to navigate a new world. One where the rights of citizens are changing as rapidly as the body of the mob around him, and he remains unable to conform to the herd.
