    FREE UF STUDENT WORKSHOP -Open to all majors
    Mind-body meditation practices through Tantric Buddhism
    Sunday, March 24, 11 AM – 4 PM

    Join us for a workshop presented in conjunction with the exhibition Gateway to Himalayan Art at the Harn Museum of Art. Led by Sabine Grunwald, Director of UF Mindfulness, this session explores mind-body meditation practices and their meaning and purpose in Tantric Buddhism, Vajrayana Buddhism. No experience is required, and UF students from all majors and years are welcome!
