BAREFOOT ECHOES: LISTEN TO EARTH'S WISDOM THROUGH YOUR SOLES

A Creative Arts Workshop of Self, Story, & Nature

Through guided barefoot exploration, poetic prompts, sensory writing & creative reflection, you’ll connect with the earth—and your inner landscapes waiting to be uncovered. This workshop blends gentle movement, observation of the natural world, and creative writing to awaken a dialogue between body, place & planet.
