Frances Millikan Reitz Music Award, amount of award: $5000
Finalist online application and letter of recommendation due December 31.

1. The recipient must have a minimum GPA of 3.5.
2. The recipient must be an outstanding undergraduate music student who shows promise for future development and has a proven record of musical service to the university and/or community.
3. The recipient must have demonstrated excellence in performance:
   1. The student must inform their studio teacher of their interest in this award and indicate that their fall jury should be considered for finalist nomination.
   2. If the student is nominated as a finalist, they will complete the online application and ask a faculty member for a letter of recommendation (Letter Form in app) due December 31.
   3. Finalists will perform 5-7 minutes for the scholarship committee on February 5, 2025.

Faculty will score the student based on performance, letter of recommendation, and overall qualifications.
Scholarship Information release form and thank you note are required.
