SOM Graduate Programs Audition Form

All Piano and Voice (DMA & MM) applicants are formally invited to interview and audition, after the pre-screening application process is completed in mid-December.

DMA String, Percussion and Woodwinds applicants are also invited after a pre-screening application process. (pre-screening application deadline December 1, with results shared by mid-December. Use this form after an invitation has been extended.)

*** This is not your graduate application, please remember to apply online using the UF Graduate Admissions application! ***

All other graduate applicants may schedule a spring audition without an invitation (there is no pre-screening process). You may work directly with the area head to schedule a different date, if the weekend below does not work.

This form is to schedule a live audition on campus at one of the pre-planned weekend dates.

Graduate students are not required to audition on only these dates. You may coordinate a different date (a weekday date) with faculty. This form is to organize the weekend audition days. Only submit if that is your final decision. NOTE: All Piano/Voice applicants and DMA Percussion/Strings/Woodwinds applicants must be invited to audition after the pre-screening process concludes mid-December.
