Shannon is a first year MA student focusing on Peruvian art under Dr. Stanfield-Mazzi. She graduated from the University of Florida with her bachelor’s degree in art history in 2025. Her research centers on textiles, specifically pertaining to weaving during the Colonial period. She aims to explore different facets surrounding indigenous textile practices.
