Erika Moore

Assistant Professor in the Center for Arts in Medicine and Affiliate Faculty in the Center for Arts, Migration, and Entrepreneurship at the University of Florida.
A movement practitioner, educator, and interdisciplinary facilitator, she brings embodied knowledge to academic, artistic, and institutional contexts, exploring how body‑centered approaches inform learning, health, and organizational change.

Certified in Liz Lerman’s Critical Response Process, she applies collaborative, inquiry‑based methods to research, teaching, and creative practice. Her current work investigates solo‑living adults ages 30–60 who are “alone but not lonely,” social prescribing for university students, AI as a link worker, and arts prescribing for engineering students.
