Dr. Chip Birkner presents clinic at professional development conference

Dr. Chip Birkner, Assistant Professor of Music, was an invited clinician at the 2018 Ohio Music Educators Association Professional Development Conference. On Feb. 9, he presented a clinic titled Show AND Tell: the parallelism of effective verbal and gestural communication.
