The School of Art + Art History at the University of Florida is proud to present visiting artist Cameron Rowland on November 14, 2017, at 6 p.m. in Little Hall, Room 101 (LIT 101). The Fall 2017 Visiting Artists Lecture Series is free and open to the public. The lectures offer the community an important opportunity to engage in discussions about contemporary art and culture in relation to national and international trends.
Cameron Rowland
Cameron Rowland was born in 1988 in Philadelphia and received a BA from Wesleyan University, Connecticut. Rowland lives and works in Queens. Rowland has had solo exhibitions at Établissement d’en face, Brussels; Galerie Buchholz, Cologne; Artists Space, New York; Fri Art Kunsthalle, Fribourg; and ESSEX STREET, New York. Rowland has participated in group exhibitions at Whitney Museum of American Art, New York; MoMA, New York; Albright-Knox Art Gallery, Buffalo; PS1, New York; Punta della Dogana, Venice, and Okayama Art Summit, Okayama.
