Join us at the Harn for Museum Nights: Kaleidoscope of Experiences, an evening dedicated to celebrating Asian American identity through art. Explore our vibrant exhibition, Kaleidoscope of Colors in Asian Arts, and discover the newly installed Visions of the Divine: Hindu and Buddhist Deities in the Cofrin Asian Art Wing.
Experience a traditional Japanese tea ceremony led by instructor Shizuka Campagna, a meditative practice involving much more than drinking tea. Enjoy performances by Harn Choreographers-in-Residence and immerse yourself in the rich cultural contributions of the Asian Diaspora.
UF Undergrad Asian Art Intern, Sabrina LaVopa, will share insights on the importance of preserving and representing Asian art in museums during her gallery talk. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to experience the beauty and diversity of Asian art at the Harn!
Art After Dark occurs weekly on Thursdays from 5 – 9 pm. Museum Nights programming begins at 6 pm.
Museum Nights are supported by UF Student Government and the Office of the Provost.
Generous support for Art After Dark is provided by Art Bridges Foundation’s Access for All program and a private grant. - Links
