    University of Florida Assistant Professor of Music Business José Valentino Ruiz is an internationally-recognized recording and performing artist. As an EMMY® Award Winner, multi-GRAMMY® Award Nominated artist-producer-engineer, multi-instrumentalist, and composer, he has worked for American Idol and X-Factor, produced 60 albums, scored 30+ nationally-televised commercials, and performed in over 1100 concerts.
