Inside OCD: I am not my illness

Inside OCD is a collaborative storytelling event created by an exceptional group of people who live with an OCD diagnosis, their family members and a clinician from the OCD clinic. Participants have worked together over ten weeks to share their personal stories of living with OCD with a focus on developing storytelling skills. As a means to create awareness and understanding in the community and to support others living with an OCD diagnosis, this project culminates in a unique live multimedia performance and discussion hosted by Adam Strauss.

Directed by Jeffrey Pufahl & Kimberlee Campbell Smith from the Center for Arts In Medicine.

This unique partnership between UF’s Center for Arts in Medicine, Center for OCD, Anxiety, and Related Disorders, and UFPA uses theatre and storytelling to build community.
