    UF Digital Worlds Institute’s CONVERGENCE event is an annual celebration that brings together students, alumni, community partners, and industry professionals. 

    This year our faculty and staff have worked hard to create vivid and engaging online events. Tune in with friends and family online to experience our Digital Arts & Sciences students’ innovative projects.

    CONVERGENCE 2020 opens Thursday evening at 5:30 PM with our Online Student Showcase, featuring cutting-edge DAS capstone projects. Friday afternoon at 3:00 PM, industry panelists will offer DAS students insight into immersive interaction technologies in the form of an online Q&A session. We conclude with DW Direct Online, a collaborative video games gallery highlighting exciting video game projects created in a special collaboration with the Department of Computer and Information Science and Engineering (CISE).
