Along with the City of Gainesville Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Affairs Department, you are invited to join the Arts in Medicine Programs at UF, the College of the Arts, and more than 25 other community partners as we develop an exciting event called 352Creates

352Creates will be a day of community-wide, participatory art making with a goal of demonstrating to the general public that creativity can be fun for everyone and can make our community stronger and healthier. This event will take place throughout Gainesville and our surrounding communities on February 26, 2016.

The Arts in Medicine Programs at the University of Florida focus on the intersection of creativity and wellness and how engaging in creativity enhances health and well-being. During 352Creates UF Health and the Arts in Medicine Programs at UF will engage the entire community in this concept, and we would like to invite you to learn more about how you can be involved.

UF Health is hosting a community forum to introduce the program and invite participation by local organizations, businesses and individuals. This informational meeting is scheduled for Monday, November 30 and will be held at the Thomas Center from 4:30pm-5:30pm. Please visit http://arts.ufl.edu/sites/352creates for further information regarding this project.

We hope you’ll join us on November 30 to find out how you can engage your community in this exciting day filled with creativity for the entire community. Please join the 352Creates Facebook group to RSVP for the forum and to stay connected with 352Creates. You can also call UF Arts in Medicine at 352-733-0880 or contact the 352Creates Coordinator, Camilo Reina Munoz at his email camilorm@ufl.edu with any questions.
