The School of Art + Art History presents the Visiting Artist Lecture Series.

Join us for an artist talk and Q/A with Gregory Green on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at 6:15 p.m. in Fine Arts B (FAB) 103.

Gregory Green lives and works in Tampa. His work explores systems of control and the evolution of individual and collective empowerment. With over thirty one-person shows and numerous group exhibitions, he has played a significant role in the discourse of contemporary art of the last twenty years. He has earned a BFA from the Art Academy of Cincinnati and an MFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. His work is featured in the collections of the Museum of Modern Art and Whitney Museum in New York, The Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles, and the Tate Gallery in London among others.
