BAREFOOT ECHOES: LISTEN TO EARTH’S WISDOM THROUGH YOUR SOLES
A Creative Arts Workshop of Self, Story, and Nature
Through guided barefoot exploration, poetic prompts, sensory writing and creative reflection, you’ll connect with the earth—and your inner landscapes waiting to be uncovered. This workshop blends gentle movement, observation of the natural world, and creative writing to awaken a dialogue between body, place and planet.
