The Gator Band Alumni Association (GBAA) supports the University of Florida Fightin' Gator Marching Band, also known as The Pride of the Sunshine, the official marching band for the University of Florida. Be part of the excitement – join the Gator Band Alumni as we nurture scholarships, program support, and community patronage and participation.

Alumni support and general donations to the Gator Band support scholarships and greatest needs of the Fightin' Gator Marching Band. Funds donated in the past by alumni have purchased new instruments, as well as refurbished every single instrument used by the band.

To join the Gator Band Alumni Association, you'll first need to join the UF Alumni Association. You can click here to join the UF Alumni Association. When completing your membership form, under groups, please click Gator Band Alumni Association to become an official member!

As a member of the Gator Band Alumni Association, you'll also be invited to the annual Gator Band Alumni Weekend. This reunion celebration on Homecoming weekend allows you to march again on Florida Field with your fellow GBAA members and current band students. Between practice and the game, join other alumni at a tailgate complete with a catered BBQ lunch and tailgate tent.
