Music Education

About the Program

The School of Music prepares music education students to become accomplished music teachers. The music education faculty is nationally and internationally recognized as authors, presenters and educators. This curriculum fulfills the education requirements for Florida teaching certification in grades K-12 as well as other states’ certification requirements and is approved by the Florida Department of Education, National Association of Schools of Music and the National Council for Teacher Education.

Online Masters of Music in Music Education
The online Masters of Music in Music Education offers instruction and learning opportunities with the convenience and flexibility of online delivery – so students can continue to work while going to school. We invite you to visit the program's webpage to learn more.
