Music education Ph.D. students present at the UF Graduate Student Research Day

Four music education Ph.D. students presented their research during UF’s Graduate Student Research Day held on April 3 in the Reitz Union. Participating in the research poster session were Andrew Bajorek (The Matthew Effect and Cumulative Disadvantage in Music Education), Amanda Kastner (How Can I Help? A Principal’s Guide to Secondary Instrumental Music Education), Elizabeth Schultz (Nomadic Teaching: A Look Into Itinerant Music Teaching), and Julie Song-Ross (Students’ Perceptions of Their Teachers’ Philosophical Beliefs and Practices).
