Flute professor performs under famed Bulgarian conductor

Associate Professor of Flute Dr. Kristen Stoner was the featured soloist in Debussy's Prelude to the Afternoon of a Faun with the Florida Lakes Symphony Orchestra, under the baton of guest conductor Alexey Izmirliev. The conductor brought Stoner to the front of the orchestra for a solo bow after the successful performance. The Florida Lakes Symphony Orchestra concerts were held January 15, 2016 in Mount Dora, Florida, and January 16, 2016 in Clermont, Florida.
