SOM Graduate Programs Audition Form

All Piano and Voice (DMA & MM) applicants are formally invited to interview and audition, after the pre-screening application process is completed in mid to late December.

DMA Brass, Percussion, Strings, and Woodwinds applicants are also invited to audition after a pre-screening application process (deadline December 1). Use this form only after an invitation has been extended.

All other graduate applicants may schedule on-campus auditions without an invitation (there is no pre-screening process). You may also work directly with faculty to schedule a different date if you are unable to make one of the dates below.
