Professor Emeritus invited to international schools

Dr. Russell Robinson, UF Emeritus Professor of Music Education, was an invited music consultant at international schools in Ethiopia, Kenya, and South Africa September 15 through September 30, working on-site with teachers, students and administrators. In addition, while in Nairobi, he also worked with choral and instrumental ensembles that are conducted by Dr. Duncan Wambugu (UF, PhD - 2012), Founding Director of the UF Africa Choir.

Robinson has also completed 18 new choral pieces and a new edition for treble choirs of his book, Quick Start Choral Warm-Ups for 2019 publication in the catalogs of five publishers.  Robinson now has over 500 publications in print, including choral compositions and arrangements, books, and instructional DVD's.
