Dr. Scott Lindroth, composer, and Dr. Ieva Jokubaviciute, pianist (both of Duke University) will present several free public events as part of a guest residency at the UF School of Music:
• Scott Lindroth Guest Composer Presentation: Monday, Feb. 9 at 3:00 p.m. in Room MUB 142
• Ieva Jokubaviciute Guest Artist Recital: Monday, Feb. 9 at 7:20 p.m. in room MUB 101
• Scott Lindroth Guest Composer Masterclass: Tuesday, Feb. 10 at 10:40 a.m. in room MUB 101
• Ieva Jokubaviciute Guest Artist Masterclass: Tuesday, Feb. 10 at 12:50 p.m. in room MUB 101
The Monday evening recital will feature a new set of solo piano etudes by Dr. Lindroth, as well as works by Johannes Brahms and Raminta Šerkšnytė.
