A² Fab Lab

To Gain Access To The Lab Each Semester:

Please read over these instructions and take the appropriate actions to gain access to the lab each semester.

1) Typically, orientations are arranged by classes that require use of the lab. For example, the design classes in architecture or the Fab Lab course in the arts. However, if you wish to gain access to the lab and are not currently enrolled in a course that has a scheduled orientation, you can attend one of the open orientation sessions. For Spring 2012 the dates and times are as follows:
Mondays @ 2 pm - Mat
Thursdays @ 3 pm - Kenny
There you will fill out the required paperwork to show orientation completion and begin the account process.

2) Create an account. You can do this by visiting the Fab Lab website and clicking on create an account.

3) Once you have completed the above two steps, the GA's will activate your account and set your Gator ID to give you access to the lab.

Faculty who wish to use the lab as part of a class should request an orientation for their students (contact us).
